ICSCL maintains its own full service technical and administrative staff to execute its engineering and construction projects. The entire workforce of ICSCL is 100% Nigerian.

ICSCL shall be set-up a dedicated project team made up of experienced personnel to manage the contract from beginning to end. An Operations Manager shall head the project team and he will have the single point responsibility for ensuring that the project objectives are fully met. Discipline engineers, administrative personnel and safety specialist will assist the Operations Manager.

All personnel provided by ICSCL are properly trained, skilled and experienced in their respective trades or professions and shall be fully familiar with the equipment being used and the tasks being performed.
